Porto vibes ✨

I woke up before 6am and instantly thought that time difference is in my favour 😊 I have full day in Porto 💚 I got ready fast and as silent as possible as my room mate was sleeping tight.

I brought a coffee and went to cathedral.

As it was still a bit too early to pick piligrim passport I sat in the square enjoying a beautiful music this guy was performing ✨

It felt that the melodies are washing the soul ✨ pure joy, calmness and admiration was going through the veins 🎶 I thought to myself that this usually happens to myself abroad when street musicans are playing - they have that special vibe. Magic 🎶 maybe it’s becouse the most beautiful things are priceless? ✨ the time stopped or passed while I dived in the melody, the time flew imperceptibly.

I got in the cathedral and it was just few people there, calm and nice 😊

And yay I got my piligrim passport 👣 I bought the shell also to have a complete gear 😊

I believe it is so wonderful to have it all completed with stamps as ir was already impressive to get the first one 😊

After the most important task done I went to have breakfast in a nice vegan place next to hostel.

While drinking the coffee I thought it would be good to check where I could stay tommorow. Possibly Vila Cha - remember a lot of nice words about this spot🫶 sold out! 😄 ok, maybe Labruge - they have a public Albergue, that means you may get and you may not 😄 Matosinhos? Well today it seems too short walk 🤷‍♀️ I have closed the app and stopped this planning, I will get a bed tommorow 😊

Than I had to return to hostel for a bit to switch my bed as I decided to stay for additional day on the spot and the lower bed was already booked. Some rearrangements 😄

What a great view from the top 😄 One more first time as an adult 😊 as all was sorted I went for a walk. I haven’t plan where but to wonder in the city centre seemed as a good idea 😊



Remembering this morning I decided to buy one long sleeve shirt as it is a bit chilly in the evening and early morning so visited Porto Decathlon 😄 on the way passed many cosy souvenir shops. Sardines as a souvenirs also 😊

I have passed the famous bookstore, but did not go inside despite that it looked very beautiful 😊

I went further and found Placa de Carlos Alberto, there was a nice local handcraft mini market 😊

As the great music followed nice vibe in there I decided that the caffe next to the Placa would be nice for the lunch.

Afterwards came back to hostel, packed and repacked the bagpack once again put some groceries to the fridge for tommorow’s breakfast and had a blissful nap 😴

I woke up as our room company is getting bigger - we got a girl from Argentina and expecting one more lady to arrive 😊 what a great experience to be a part of a globe under one roof 😊✨

I took a shower and knew exactly where my evening will end 😊

In that nice park I found yesterday. On the grass 💚

Big day tommorow 😊 great mood and still enjoying a thought that it’s just a beggining 😊✨

P.S. as it started to rain we made a great dinner in a hostel kitchen with Beringa from Argentina. She came for surfing 🏄‍♀️ but plan to go on The Way someday too 😊
